Policies

PREORDERED ITEMS: 

Items that are labeled "preordered" in the description means that I don't have it on hand. The processing time for preordered items are two to three weeks (excluding the weekends and any holidays). After you order, I'll put the order in with the supplier and it'll take two to three weeks to get to me.

Once I receive your order, I will ship it out to you the next day. After it's shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your package leaves my hand at the post office, I will no longer be responsible for it. If anything happens to your package, you will have to contact USPS. Please do not order if you are not patient.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or do exchanges and we only do refunds if your order wasn't put in already or if there was a mistake on our end, so please make sure you put the correct information and size before placing your order. If you notice that you put the wrong information or misspelled something, please contact me as soon as possible.
