Shipping Policy

FAST AND RELIABLE SHIPPING TIME
All orders are fulfilled and prepared for shipping within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

  • Free Shipping (Orders Over $150) – Standard delivery time applies.

Note: Business Days are Monday – Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If the package is lost in transit, you may file a claim with the carrier. We recommend adding Order Protection at checkout to safeguard against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged. Please review product descriptions and sizing before purchasing. If you need assistance, contact us at info@shopfcc.com before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo and/or video evidence. Upon approval, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Final Sale Items
Certain items are final sale and non-refundable, including:

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Any worn or washed products

Return Shipping Costs
If an item is approved for a return due to defects, we will provide a prepaid return label. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
